The Sioux Falls Storm is part of the Indoor Football League and is a five-time national champion. Founded in 2000 as the Sioux Falls Cobras, they became the Sioux Falls Storm in 2001 and have grown into one of the most prestigious teams in the indoor football game.
The Storm average 4,000 fans per game at the Sioux Falls Arena and is the one and only professional football team in the Sioux Falls Empire area.
Along with intense action on the field, the Storm aim to provide a memorable experience for fans through on-field promotions and activities during games, as well as opportunities for the Sioux Falls community to connect and get to know the Sioux Falls Storm team and staff.
The Storm season lasts from mid-February to mid-July.
