The Sertoma Butterfly House and Purdy Marine Cove

Warmth, beauty, and tranquility welcome guests at the Sertoma Butterfly House and Purdy Marine Cove. With unique butterflies and fish from around the world living in environments like they would in the wild, guests interact with and learn about these fascinating animals.

The Butterfly House holds over 800 tropical butterflies from around the world in a warm greenhouse-like setting. The butterflies are free-flying, so they may land on you as you walk through and explore their home.

The Purdy Marine Cove displays ten saltwater and three freshwater aquariums holding nearly 2,500 gallons of water. View hundreds of aquatic animals, including clownfish, sea horses, a Port Jackson shark, stonefish, and more.

Winter Hours (Labor Day to Memorial Day): Monday through Saturday 10 am to 4 pm, and Sunday 1 to 4 pm.
Summer Hours (Memorial Day to Labor Day): Monday through Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm, and Sunday 11 to 5 pm.
