Welcome to Meza's Karate America. Our instructors bring over 30 years of Martial Arts to our school. At Meza's Karate America, we offer a variety of programs for all levels of training and physical ability. With Family Pricing, everyone can train! No excuses!
Our Martial Arts Program has been developed to bring out the best in any student whether they are 4 or 64. A student will learn to become more disciplined, focused, self confident and respectful, all while having fun, getting in shape and of course learning self defense.
Meza's Karate America allows parents to train in the same class with their children. This is an amazing way to spend time together and to reinforce a healthy lifestyle. Martial Arts can be an awesome short-term hobby or a lifelong journey. Whichever one you are looking for, we want to help you accomplish the goals you set for your self.
Our instructors believe in Leadership By Example. We are always training and working to become better martial artists and make a difference in the world. In 2011 Master Meza broke a Guinness World Record twice and was able to raise over $5,000 to give back to our community. Now, not everyone may want to break a world record, but we want to help our students reach their full potential in whatever they want to pursue.
