Heilman's Home Inspection
Award Winner In:
The Two Pass Inspection System
Heilman's Home Inspection's does a two-pass inspection. On the first pass of the house, the inspector goes through on his own, inspecting the house and its properties. This allows him to focus his undivided attention on the house and the report and allows as much time and detail as necessary to perform an inspection.
On the second pass, the clients are invited to accompany the inspector through the house while he describes his findings. The goal of the second pass is to provide as much information as possible to assist the buyer in understanding the house. It is not necessary for you to be present, but it is HIGHLY recommended. You will be able to ask your questions directly to the inspector and will find the report easier to understand if you experience it first hand.
Our detailed inspection report, which is approximately 30 pages, includes photos of all of our findings. We have a summary page in the front of the report listing items of importance and then we follow up with detailed pictures from room-to-room for you to see everything we have found. Our computer-generated reports allow us the capability to email you the report. Radon testing is done upon request.
